BIG...FUN...PACK MEETING!

Our next Pack Meeting will be next Saturday,

February 18th

at 4:00-8:00

It will be a BIG one!

We will be having our Pinewood Derby AND our Blue & Gold Banquet.
Never hurts to hit two bears with one stick!


Pinewood Derby Info:
  • weigh-in on Wednesday, Feb 15th in the Friendship Room from 3pm-6pm
  • only one car per scout AND one car per sibling and/or parent = one car per person 



Blue & Gold Info:
  • food will be a potluck (be sure your dish serves 8-10)
    • Tigers ~ Dessert
    • Wolves ~ Dessert
    • Bears ~ Main Dish
    • Webelos 1 ~ Main Dish
    • Webelos 2 ~ Side Dish
    • Pack ~ Beverages, Plates, Utensils, Napkins
  • Father/Son make and bring a decorated cake for the Cake Auction
    • any theme, but something about scouting is usually the idea

What Chief Seattle Council says about FOS:
The annual "Friends of Scouting" contributions campaign enables the Chief Seattle Council to continue providing an outstanding program to more than 26,400 youth in King, Kitsap, Clallam, Jefferson and North Mason counties. Through the Scouting programs our children, families, and communities are stronger and better prepared for the future.
When you give a gift, you support:
  • Scouting programs in 5 counties for more than 26,000 youth.
  • Camping experiences for over 10,000 youth.
  • Basic and advanced training for youth and adults.
  • A professional staff to provide program and administrative support to over 9,000 Scout leaders.
  • Two Scout shops complete with all necessary Scouting supplies.
  • Camperships for youth who need financial assistance for camp.
  • Maintenance & operation of more than 1,400 acres of camp property.
Our Pack goal for Friends of Scouting is $1800.  If we make this goal, we will receive our derby cars, for next year, FREE.

Please consider a donation to Friends of Scouting.  You will receive a donation card at the Pack Meeting, checks are accepted, as are credit cards.  Check with your employer about matching donations as well.
